We become your tenant. By signing a company let agreement with us, we are able to takeover your responsibilities as landlord. You maintain the interest in the property and benefit from capital appreciation and a secure monthly income, whilst we deal with the responsibilities of being a landlord.
Our business model is simple, we earn more in revenue from the property than what we pay in rent and costs. Sometimes known as the rent to rent model.
There’s three ways we generate revenue from your property. One is to furnish it into something similar to a hotel room, for short-term or medium-term bookings. Another is to rent the property out as you would yourself. And another is to set the property up as a HMO. The strategy we use depends on several factors. We have stringent measures in place to keep your investment safe including rigorous vetting procedures and insurance.
We also help landlords and property owners to release equity in their homes through the sale of parts of land, we actively purchase and front gardens with road access and garages throughout the East Midlands; we consider any land or property you might want to get rid of.
